中央研究院數學研究所103年度一年期研習員甄選簡章
本所為了鼓勵有志研究數學領域之青年繼續深造，特提供為期一年之進修機會。
一、資格
數學及其相關科系（大學、研究所）畢業或應屆畢業者。
二、甄選
凡具備上述資格，並有志從事研究工作者，請備齊下列文件：
1. 大學（及研究所）成績單各一份。
2. 教授推薦函兩封（或兩封以上），必須簽章封口且和其他申請資料一同掛號寄出。
3. 履歷表（含電子郵件信箱、聯絡電話、通訊地址、貳吋大頭照），若服役者，請詳細記載退伍日期。
4. 詳細研習計畫一份，並包括可能導師的名單。
請於民國103年4月25日前掛號寄達本所（中央研究院數學研究所黃舒淳先生收），
需在信封上註明〔一年期研習員申請〕。文件如有缺，不另行通知補件。
經書面審核合格者，擇期通知面試。
三、研習
一年研習期，自民國103年7月1日開始至民國104年6月30日止。
民國103年7月以後退伍之錄取者，可視個別情況延遲報到。
研習員期滿合格者，由本所出具研習證明書。
四、待遇
依本院業務費項下標準支薪。

1-Year Research Trainee Program Prospectus for 2014
Institute of Mathematics, Academia Sinica
Our institute provides 1-year traineeship for youth individuals who aim to pursue their interests in mathematics.
I. Qualification
Graduates or those will graduate within 1 year (undergraduate/postgraduate) who major in mathematics or related fields.
II. Required Documents for Application
For those applicants who are qualified and aim to conduct research works, please have all the following documents ready:
1. A transcript of undergraduate study (and postgraduate study).
2. At least two letters of recommendation, which needs to be sealed and stamped, registered sent with other application documents.
3. Resume (E-mail, phone number, postal address, passport-size photo).
Applicants who are still in the military service must state clearly the finish date of the service.
4. A detail research plan with names of possible advisors.
Please send the documents to our institute by registered mail no later than 25th April, 2014.

You need to write "Application for 1-Year Research Trainee Program" on the envelope.
We won't inform you if your document set is not completed.
Candidates with qualified documents will receive interview notice.
III. Internship
Duration: 1 year; 1st July, 2014 - 30th June, 2015.
The starting date for those finishing their military service after July 2014 could be rearranged.
Each candidate who passes the program will receive a certificate from the Institute of Mathematics, Academia Sinica.
IV. Remuneration
The stipend is based on the remuneration standard of Academia Sinica.
